Ceará has almost 300 days of sunshine a year, an average annual temperature of 27.6ºC, direct flights to European capitals, unique landscapes, remarkable culture, and excellent infrastructure. The NASCENTES project is in Praia das Fontes, municipality of Beberibe. It will be a residential condominium with hotel operation.

The 41 ha will have 3% occupation. Access to the beach will be via a scenic walkway. The hotel will overlook the ocean, attract tourists, offer lodging, facilities such as a gym, interaction, good food, and services. The development was planned as a condominium to protect the most important asset: the native environment. The clear sand that reflects the strong light, the persistent wind that softens the heat, the cliff park, the moving dunes, and the authentic vegetation are striking components that make up large natural extensions that will forever isolate the buildings, which will have a garage plus three floors, with very low landscape impact. The solution reached, which required years of effort by teams from various specialties, has generous distances between the buildings, without compromising the technical viability of the infrastructure. Spacious, bright, and ventilated environments, with the use of local materials, is a contemporary, technological, and highly efficient vision of the ideal of a beach house. The whitewashed aspect and the patinas that the marine environment gives to the exterior finishings will be part of the palette of specifications that will meet the most demanding sustainability principles.
